Nothing kills your confidence more than being stuck in a makeup or wardrobe rut.
You don’t have to spend tons of money... stick with me and we'll get a whole new makeover for almost nothing ;) Take matters into your own hands! You can start by Flipping through the pages of beauty and fashion magazines to get an idea of what the current trends are or even create our own style... but its always good to get some ideas to get your creative juices flowing , then take it from there. Look through your closet first , sometimes we have so much sassiness in them but we just been in such a rut we forget they belong to us and how sassy we look in them!
Take a few hours to try on everything you have then determine what you need to add to your wardrobe...
Oook so some items maybe slightly out of style ... so they say but if you feel sexy in it and you make it work ,Work it Girl !!!
If you really think of it style continually repeats its self , so why throw something out that others say is out of style, yes somethings just have to go but most don't if there still in good condition.
Trust me when i tell you i have been , looked at oddly because what i wore was not currently in magazines ooooh Pls , I can care less and you shouldn't care either ;) Just make it work ! I have turned old items in to brand new items, just get creative , get sexy !
Most importantly is making sure whatever you wear is form fitting. Please don't wear something that barely fits , the solution to that is keep it around to motivate you to get back into to it and looking like a thousand bucks in it again ;)
Get on you tube and get some makeup tips or if your already great at doing your makeup well then get to it ;)
Change up your hair every once in awhile , get a new cut , new color , or even some extensions you can clip on every once in awhile.
Throw on some heels for absolutely no occasion. Just get out there looking good ; )
Don’t forget to pick out some sexy undergarments, it will make you feel sensual all day long.
Visit a spa for a relaxing experience, get a massage, and facial. Take good care of yourself because when you feel good on the outside, your self-confidence will shine through and you’ll have a natural sexiness to you.
Get Naked ;)
Start by doing household activities (while respecting who may be in the house with you). Or study yourself in the mirror from head to toe. Accepting your imperfections will take time, so tackle your insecurities head on. Don’t let your body block your way to feeling sexy and either embrace it or change what you don’t like. As you begin to feel more gorgeous in your own skin, ppl will automatically be drawn to your natural sex appeal.
Repeating daily affirmations may sound ridiculous, but it can really work! Self-affirmations are used to get rid of a negative belief you have about yourself. Choose a statement that is in the present tense, such as, “I am beautiful” or “I love myself inside and out.” Write the affirmation down on a piece of paper so you can better visualize it and repeat the statement at least 10 times early in the morning. After repeating your daily affirmations, you’ll start to notice that your negativity is being released, leaving more room for confidence and sexiness.
Exercise for Sexy
Working out is one of the best ways you can feel sexy. Working out will give you the energy to work hard and accomplish your goals, which will make you feel good about yourself. You’ll also be stronger and more toned, and the positive changes in your body will have you feeling confident and beautiful. If you dread the gym, try something fun at home, like dancing in front of a mirror, to get your exercise in. Moving your body to your favorite music not only burns tons of calories, but is also a great way to get in tune with your body and its rhythms to feel your inner sexiness. Or even try an aerobic striptease!
Spice Up Your Surroundings
Make your environment (your house or bedroom) cozy, soothing and inviting. Paint your walls a warm color like reddish-orange or whatever color makes you feel good. Put up decorations that remind you of a great time in your life. Candles give an amazing glow and delicious smells, install dimmers or change your lighting and room lamps to a softer or colored bulb like amber can make a difference. Use fabrics and materials that feel good on your skin, like silk sheets. Invest in jazz or sounds of nature CDs, and you’ll really feel the senses of your environment affecting your natural female sensuality.
Fake It ‘Till You Make It
Faking it may sound contradictory to being sexy since i have been telling you that sexiness comes from truly feeling good about yourself. But when you have no self-confidence, ppl pick up on that quickly. If you focus on your flaws, you’ll force others to focus on them as well, but if you are in control, that’s what they’ll pick up on. You may have to fake confidence in the beginning, but if you keep it up long enough it can turn into the real thing ;)
Remember that even if you feel grumpy, no one has to know that you’re feeling like this on the inside unless you project this vibe with poor body language . Carry yourself with your head held high and walk like you’re the most beautiful woman in the world. Keep practicing and telling yourself what a knockout you are until you really believe it.
